Cherrywood Kitchen is now open at 300 Spring Street in Soho. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, Konstantin Ziring and Vladimir Kuznetsov are making their debut as restauranteurs with their own rustic style. They have appointed seasoned Executive Chef Chris Cheung to craft a menu of New American fare that's approachable but unique for ideal neighborhood dining. Chef Cheung has made his mark in the New York restaurant scene since 1992, gaining profound experience in acclaimed restaurants Jean Georges and Nobu. His menu is sure to please as he upholds his tradition of using quality ingredients, freshly baked breads in-house and innovative cooking techniques as his driving principles with Cherrywood Kitchen's vibrant cuisine.
